At Journelle, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as hosiery and adhesive products are final sale.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the items are in pristine condition.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
